Abstrak

The rapid transformation of the global environment, driven by technological advancement, sustainability demands, and changing workforce expectations, requires human resources to continuously adapt and develop new competencies. This community engagement activity was conducted through an international webinar entitled "The Role and Challenges of Human Resources in the Global Era for a Better Quality of Life (Green Life)." The webinar aimed to enhance participants' understanding of sustainable human resource management, technological adaptation, green competencies, and employee well-being in the context of global challenges. The activity involved academics, practitioners, students, and professionals from various institutions and countries. The implementation method consisted of preparation, webinar delivery, interactive discussion, and evaluation. The results indicated that participants gained broader insights into the strategic role of human resources in supporting organizational sustainability and improving quality of life through green-oriented practices. The webinar also facilitated international knowledge exchange and strengthened collaboration among stakeholders in the field of human resource management. This activity demonstrates that international webinars can serve as effective platforms for disseminating knowledge and promoting sustainable human resource development in the global era.
